FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not always the cheapest, but the quality and workmanship of the work I do is second to none. Anybody can get something done cheap, but you get what you pay for in quality. My mom has a saying "Cheap is expensive" because you have to do it twice and spend more time or money versus doing it right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just to reassure them that I truly know what I'm talking about, and explain in detail what I'm doing and have done to resolve an issue. I break things down to make it easy for the customer to understand the technical jargon and not confuse them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple Cisco certifications, I been recognized by the national security administration (NSA) for my work in security. Many other things I have done all over the world moving Data centers, setting up FPSO vessels just to make a few.
