  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    At Aspire, we offer a tiered approach to our services. If a tier does not meet our clients needs, it can be customized to better suit the client. We always offer new clients an initial 1 hour consultation at no charge.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    With all new customers, we would like a clear understanding of what they are looking for. We will have an initial meeting either in person, over the phone, or virtually. After this meeting, an engagement letter will be sent to the client to clarify services and after the letter is signed and sent back, onboarding will begin. Typically, there is a little more communication going back and forth between the client and accountant while onboarding. Work will begin after onboarding. After work is completed, I meet with the client either in person or virtually to go through their books and to answer any questions they may have.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a B.A. in Accountancy with a minor in HR Management from the University of Mississippi. I am certified as a Financial Coach through Dave Ramsey. I have spent 10+ years working in the accounting world; both in public accounting and in private businesses.
