I think my labor fee is fair. Although quality work is what a customer should be aiming for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to customer needs and make sure that I can do the work right. Present myself with my experience and knowledged and make sure that the customer is please with my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years as a building inspector / 28 years as a firefighter captain / 5 years as an insurance adjuster / experience in home assurance quality inspection / Builder and multi-renovation tasks.
