John is a gifted chef. Everything he makes is outstanding! I would highly recommend him for any catering and/or party! Food is displayed fabulously and tastes exquisite! Always on time and willing to go the extra mile to extend great service!

I had a superb meal at John's restaurant in Wellesley! It was lobster and steak on a bed of peppercorn Parmesan linguini in a light oil/butter sauce. The lobster was fresh and the steak was cooked to order perfectly. The linguini and sauce were to die for! Great blasts of flavor but it did not overtake the lobster and steak. The service was excellent and the decor was beautiful with mahogany wood and beautiful paintings. Rich yet relaxed. The table was perfectly set with white linens and beautiful place settings. Everyone loved their meals including a unique variety of appetizers and desserts. Wines were suggested that perfectly blended with the meals.

John is a class act. He has catered several events for me from dinner party to a luncheon for 160 people for my son's bar mitzvah. He never disappoints. John gives advice on menu selections, quantity, and remembers the little things (linens, utensils, etc). Sorry he is so far away or we'd be doing a graduation party together!
