Dee visited my home two times a day to check on my 2 dogs while I was away from home over the holiday. She made a meet and greet first, and my dogs really liked her. Everything was neat and tidy when I got home. She even left a self-addressed stamped envelope for me to send her check. I will use her every time we all have to go out of town.

Dee Dee is wonderful! We hired her to care for our cat while we were out of town for five days. Our cat is old, picky, and quite sick so we were very nervous to leave her for so long. Dee Dee came twice a day. She is so sweet and caring and clearly loves pets. She went the extra mile to make sure to send us updates and even a video so that we could enjoy our trip knowing we left our pet in good hands. We will definitely use her every time we leave town from now on!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Definitely meet your provider ahead of time, and observe the interaction between your pet and the provider. Expect the provider to request pertinent information, re: Types of cleaning products to be used if needed, and anything the pet may be sensitive to; what to do in case of an unexpected maintanence need in your home; activity your pet enjoys, etc.
