About this pro
I have been staging homes for over 15 years. I watch market trends and understand the demographics of each neighborhood I stage in. I also keep up with current decorating trends. My furniture packages appeal to every age group, from Millennials, as more modern/glam or fixer upper style, to empty nesters with a more traditional soft modern or minimalistic organic style and everything in between. A home with existing furniture and clutter can be overwhelming to a seller. I spend a few hours helping them declutter and give them a "priority" list that they can work with after I leave. This makes the task less daunting and more organized. I also try to keep the personality of the home in tact, so that is has a fun lived in feel, not a sterile hotel feel. I love meeting people and working with them. Seeing that smile on their face when the job is done to perfection and they have an offer on the table is very satisfying.
Customers rated this pro highly for responsiveness, value, and professionalism.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For an occupied home, I charge $50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. 2 hours is plenty of time for an average size house to do a walk through and spend time getting one room ready. My furniture packages "start" at $1,000. for a small studio and can go as high at $4,000, depending on the amount of furniture and number of rooms that need staging. This price includes delivery, set up and removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Helping them feel confident that I can get the job done. With a vacant house, we talk about the theme of the house, their vision and timing. We come up with a furniture and accessory package that fits their budget. With an occupied home, I take the time to walk through the house and talk about what needs to happen in each room. Then we tackle the worst room together. This helps the homeowner understand priorities and keeps the focused on the tasks at hand. Then I take all the information we talked about and send it to them via e-mail later that day. This outlines everything we talked about and the order of priority. I then meet up the night before pictures to make sure the house is picture perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have taken several staging courses, I am a member of RESA and I continually keep up with Real Estate and Market trends. I make sure I understand the demographics of each neighborhood I stage in. I also have a background in Interior Decorating and Decorative painting.
