What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been working on computers for about 13 years now i try and stay ontop of all the latest and greatest technology/phones etc..so i can try and answer any question customers may have
How did you get started doing this type of work?
when i was younger i use to mess with my toys etc.. take them apart and try and put them back together so i have always been interested in the way things work so i made a career out of it :)
