What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am continuously seeking information and education to make sure that I am as up to date as I can be.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After finishing my Bachelors Degree I thought for a long time about which path I wanted to take. I came across coaching and it didn't take me long to know that this was exactly the path I wanted to take. The biggest reason was that coaching focuses on finding fulfillment and reaching our goals and dreams. It is a very positive approach to bettering yourself and this was important to me in my desire to help others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you are up front with what it is you want to accomplish and in what time frame as well as making sure to ask the coach exactly what it is they offer in the way of coaching. This will help you to decide if you are a good match.
