As a full time employee going to graduate school at night, Joseph worked with my hectic schedule non stop. After six months of training with him, I am extremely happy with how I look and feel. Ben is a great personal trainer! I've worked with three personal trainers in the past and Ben's workouts are head a shoulders above my previous experiences. I started working out with Ben in July of this year and noticed immediate results. I like the fact that Ben knows a multitude of work outs, and we mixed gym workouts in with and bootcamp/crossfit style work outs that cause muscle confusion and great results. I'll be going back to Ben next month to start another cycle!
Shortly after my wife Dina and I had moved to Dallas from New Jersey in 2001, she began training with Jason Harnden. I was introduced to Jason in 2003, and we began a training regimen. In 2004 there was a lockout in the NHL, and the entire 2004-2005 season was lost. I began an extremely rigorous resistance training and conditioning program that enlisted the expertise of a number of the countrys best athletic/performance based professionals in the industry. During this time I achieved the absolute pinnacle of performance in my 18 year career in the NHL. The year we returned to play, which was a contract year for me with the Dallas Stars, I had the best point total, tied for highest assists, and the second highest number of goals scored, in my entire NHL career. Its a good thing all that hard work paid off, because unbeknownst to me Jason had done an interview with TSN on the topic of what NHL players were doing to stay in game shape during the lockout. Jason went on record saying, Jason Arnott will be in the best shape of his career, and he should have a banner year. Well, we made that happen! I ended an 18-year career in the NHL in November of 2013. Jason has helped me through this tremendous fitness/health paradigm shift. Jason designed a new gym in our home to suit my entire familys needs for the present and the future. My personal goals have changed dramatically, and Jason has made my programs evolve to better serve my current wants and needs both functionally and aesthetically. I recently had a total knee replacement and Jason played an integral part in both preparing for the procedure, and the rehab process thereafter. Im proud to say that just months later I was in California with my family surfing and hiking! I also entrust Jason to work with my son as well. I am 56 years old and have always been active in the gym or a work-out class. I was unfortunately going through menopause and the pounds kept creeping up on me and I have never had a weight issue. A friend recommended I try Mark Hall's Fit Body Boot Camp in Rowlett, TX. I was hooked! Mark's class is fun, energizing, and only lasts 30 minutes. An hour class is just too long. Coupled with the Isagenix Protein shake that I sell and attending Mark's classes, I dropped 17 lbs and now weigh what I weighed in high school! His classes are convenient to my schedule and his price is way cheaper than that of a personal trainer. Mark cares about his clients and it shows. My experience with Juliet has been nothing but the best. Always a great workout, with constant change. She pushes you to be better and believes in your journey. I've done two month long bootcamps and love my results! I'm definitely going to join another in the fall and highly recommend any of Juliet's fitness classes, bootcamps or private training!
Kit is awesome!!! It's my first week and at times during the workout I feel I can't anymore but she is right there encouraging you. She is caring and patient. She takes the time to stop and make sure I know how to the properly do the workouts. She makes me feel comfortable with the workout. I am very happy with Kit. I feel I made a great choice joining the team and very excited to see my transformation.
Wade is an amazing trainer!!! I have been exercising with Wade's bootcamp family over the past 2 years and have enjoyed every single session. Each session unique and stimulating. No muscle groups are left out. I now enjoy incorporated Wade's bootcamp sessions in addition to my regular running routine. Not only has my running performancs improved, I have also seen significant improvement in other muscle groups that I have previously neglected (especially my core and upper body). Wade is great at enouraging you to push your limits while making you feel great about what you have accomplished through hard work and persistence. Best part about Wade's Bootcamp is the camaraderie fostered among the members!
I just started her bootcamp, BUT I can say the first day was amazing. She is a super sweet person and a great trainer on top of that. She is passionate about her job and wants to see you succeed.
I have been a part of War Tribe Bootcamp since day 1. July 2012 I went to Jay and Karla's home where it all started. We started in their backyard small groups doing basic workouts which were so killer for a beginner like me. I could not do a pushup to save my life. Lol Jay was always so motivating and he made everyone believe that soon they would be on an elite level of fitness, so I kept going. Day in day out. Followed them to the park and from the park they moved to a dojo down the street. That's where everything got bigger. By word of mouth and hearing about how encouraging the trainers were, of course people followed and talked about us to their friends and family. Within a month I was asked to assist in training due to some complications regarding Karla's health. I was so honored to help in any way I could. I can't think Jay enough for building me up to the person and fighter I am today. We train hours everyday and challenge everyone to be a warrior. Everyone looks up to Jay for motiviation. He always speaks volumes of his tribe. This camp was built on a thought, a small group of people and now they are well known. We don't advertise, come out on commercials. All of our clients come by word of mouth. We love every peroom that comes through those doors and see so much potential in all of them because I know how they feel, I was there once. From 0 pushups to I can't even tell you how many now. Lol I can't say enough things about Jay and his beautiful wife, Karla. They are a blessing to anyone who walks into their doors. They turned my life around and now I am helping other people reach the goals I never thought I'd reach. We are a family and with everyone on your side there is no way you can fail. Jay won't allow it!!! You will leave feeling empowered. I know I can conquer anything that comes my way. I have cried while doing pushup with Jay in the background telling us to believe in ourselves. It has been the absolute best ride of my life and I'm still not done! I don't think I will ever be done. Whitney demonstrates exercises for you and makes sure you have your form down to prevent injury. She encourages you to push yourself, but is never intimidating. Rachel Greve is an amazing trainer. she knows how to work with all body types and she really pushes you to exceed your highest abilities. when i said i couldn't do something, she proved me that i can!. I've gotten stronger and faster in athletics sports because of her. They're incredibly popular because they focus on full body fitness and address all areas of fitness including cardio and muscular endurance, fat loss and weight loss, full-body strength, agility, balance, flexibility, periodization, and most importantly, they get results. My camp is focused on improving the fitness of individuals at most ability levels. The program develops strength, agility, muscular endurance, and for the more deconditioned campers, aerobic endurance. Each hour-long session is formatted around five distinct modules: Dynamic warm-up: jogging, skipping, carioca, side shuffles, jack squats, and etc. Strength: walking, lunges, side squats, push-ups, burpees, medicine ball chops, and etc. Dumbells and Kettlebells for weight and strength training Fun and competitive daily activity: team relays around course, and etc. Cooldown: relaxation and stretching Small groups and corporate boot camps are available.
