I couldn’t be more pleased with the assistance I received from Mark solving my laptop repair dilemmas. He recovered my lost data, transferred it to another machine, repaired my laptop, replaced it’s hard drive and loaded an upgraded OS so I could continue to use it going forward. He did the work in my home, on the day I asked. He was sensitive to issues of data protection as well as COVID care. Mark was very responsive and kept me updated as to when he'd be available and would arrive. I thought I needed by keyboard replaced but he quickly identified the source of the problem which as a connection issue. Within 20 minutes he had the repair completed, PC put back together and the PC operating perfectly. I'm happily typing this with my repaired keyboard with all keys now working and extremely happy. Even during the event that is the COVID-19 he still gives offers to my problem. My computer refuses to boot up and he went and fixed it by the next two days. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is absolutely no trip charge where ever you are! I do not charge extra unless it has been discussed and agreed upon. I do not have any hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I generally listen the customers concern and calculate based on my area of expertise and knowledge whether the issue is solvable or not. I ask many questions on the phone and it is critically important that my questions are answered precisely to guarantee quality of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been repairing computers (PC, Mac) since 2008. This type of work requires that you stay on top of technology and becoming proficient with both software and hardware upgrades as they become released.
