A to Z Home Services
About this pro
Our meticulous care to produce an end product that we would want in our home or business. We work as silently as possible, evenings and nights when necessary and we actually answer our phone on holidays including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. When we disassemble something for its relocation, all small parts and fasteners are zip-loc bagged and shrink wrapped to respective larger parts. Anything with grease on it is shrink-wrapped. We want our work to be as clean, neat, careful and respectful of your lovely home as possible to add value when that day comes to resell it. Customer satisfaction! We are perfectionists! Great customer feedback is our goal, we want you to want to hire us again!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For our clients on this site, we are providing a flat per journeyman labor rates of $60 phr for assembly work; $65 phr general rate and bath work $85phr) / $35phr per apprentice. For clients or projects outside of the scope of this service, our services fees escalate by a combination of expertise and risk to our safety. Our labor pricing structure is public posted on our website. Our material markup is 31.25%. There is no tax in Texas on home improvement goods or services, that is, goods or services permanently fastened to the dwelling or attached garage. All other goods and services are taxed, e.g, mailbox, plants, picture hanging, furniture repairs, counter-top appliance repair, exercise machine assembly, and all commercial or rental property work, etc. We prefer that clients acquire all prefinished and patented product materials on their own. When that is not possible, we will acquire materials for you at 31.25% markup. If we have to rent a truck or trailer for to haul your materials to your site, both the rental fee, fuel charges and labor fees will be invoiced to you as a marked up line item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Determine scope of work. Guide you to a better description of what work is needed. 2. Obtain accurate measurements. When necessary, we will conduct an initial no cost project assessment visit. Rarely is this necessary for appliances, or shower caulking; but is always required for closets, kitchen exhaust and anything requiring modifications. 3. Determine material availability and cost Anything prefinished or patented product its best that you buy it. Any wood to be custom cut, installed and finished, its best that we buy it. 4. Initial project scheduling. Our schedules are non-binding, actual labor hours and material costs + markup are invoiced no matter what the project schedule indicated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We attend trade shows, read incessantly and constantly seek new products and ever better tools. We just aquired a Walabot in-wall vision system mfg in Israel that gives unprecedented views inside walls of pipes and wires. We use the best technology available to avoid costly errors.
