Renee is my GO TO for Personal Training one-on-one. She is excellent and passionate at her craft and trade. She works to understand you, your physical needs and limitations, your goals and desires in wellness. She prepares a customized training schedule and plan for you and works and motivates you and strive to reach your goals. She pushes you to excel while not putting you at risk or danger of harm or injury. In fact she trained me while I was rehabilitating a right shoulder injury.
