- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Long distances or locations out of the service area will be higher price. If it needs to go higher than the 2nd floor, the price will be higher. Pricing on these are case by case. We also offer military discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask you all the industry questions (you’ll answer a questionnaire here on Thumbtack) so that we can tailor you experience to your specific service needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our lead technicians have been servicing pool tables for 5-10 years. All of them, as well as regular technicians, have been in the service tech industry for 10-20 years.
