Terry is a great coach! Have been a part of a Total Body Bootcamp 2 times now (before & after baby). Terry makes certain that you understand how to correctly do the exercises to prevent injury. He also encourages you to push further & get the most out of your time there. In my past experience, it took me about 3-4 weeks to see pound loss but only 2-3 weeks for a loss in inches. Terry's workouts are never the same, every day is different allowing to work all areas (legs, arms, abs). Awesome experience at Katy Total Fitness!

I love Phil's bootcamps. It's the first bootcamp that I've been to that challenges you the whole time. He modifies the work outs to challenge each person there to their ability level and never has you standing around. The bootcamps are very challenging but you can do anything for thirty minutes and feel really good about it afterwards. Phil is awesome as a personal trainer too. You can tell he cares about each client as he challenges them with runs around the city, facebook challenges, and texts to keep you accountable. 100% I recommend him for anyone.

Luis is amazing! He doesn't allow you to have any excuses to fail. His prices are great, he checks on your progress consistently, if you can't go to workout camp times he offers online training. I joined because he helped my father lose 90 lbs. YES 90! In one month I have lost 21 lbs and my boyfriend has lost 22. I was stuck, had little motivation, I kept thinking of the holidays as the season for eating unhealthy but Luis coaches you through all of it. He provided me with the extra motivation I needed. My first day in training my fitness level was at an all time low and I'm seeing myself slowly progress because of my consistency. The first day of training I couldn't hold myself up for a plank, now I can. Before i could barely do 2 pushups, now i can do reps of 30. (In a month, imagine a year!) Whatever your fitness goals is, LUIS CAN HELP YOU ACHIEVE THEM! I've had other trainers but Luis is by far the best. He is well qualified, understands your limits, knows when to push you, and isn't there just to make money off of you. He genuinely cares about his clients and making Houston healthy again.

I worked with Brian for 3 months this summer to prep for an abdominal surgery that I underwent in October. I truly thank and credit him and his workouts fully for my speedy and painless recovery. I had taken a crossfit class the month prior and didn't like it as much because it felt impersonal. Brian tailored the workouts to my needs. He was very understanding about my struggles and within a couple of weeks had me pushing further than I ever imagined. We took a 2+ month long crossfit bootcamp with Brian in Houston. I just turned 50 this year so I was slightly apprehensive about the intensive workout. However, he "tailor-made" my segments to "push" me but not over-do it. He was very knowledgeable; motivating and patient! He also allowed it to be fun as well. Many times we laughed as hard as we worked out. I felt like it really reignited my love for working out and jump-started me back into an overall healthier lifestyle. I'm not going to be a body-builder or a marathon runner. I just wanted to tone up this 50 year old body and feel healthy. I have trained with China for getting back in shape for goal. I gave myself and China 10 weeks to reach my goal. I was really impressed that even within a 60 min training session she always took time to stretch me before and after the session. I think this has been a great way to prevent injuries that I’ve been having in the past. China put together a comprehensive conditioning program to improve my core and upper body, with dedicated workout sessions. With China training program I’ve been able to shave some of the extra pounds and improve in few weeks my capability to perform challenging workout. China willingly shares her expertise with you to make the sessions fun, challenging, and a learning experience. She is easy to relate to and has a good sense of humor which helps to motivate me. We are offering you a one-hour boot camp on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m, also Saturday classes 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. at Tom Bass Park, 15108 Cullen Blvd. Houston, Texas 77047. Total cost for a full month of boot camp is $125.00. Our intent is to grow this boot camp, so tell all your friends. Maximum capacity is 25 persons.
