Terry is a great coach! Have been a part of a Total Body Bootcamp 2 times now (before & after baby). Terry makes certain that you understand how to correctly do the exercises to prevent injury. He also encourages you to push further & get the most out of your time there. In my past experience, it took me about 3-4 weeks to see pound loss but only 2-3 weeks for a loss in inches. Terry's workouts are never the same, every day is different allowing to work all areas (legs, arms, abs). Awesome experience at Katy Total Fitness!
They only way to describe JJ is by the nickname I've given him. "The Shredder" This guy is awesome! Just 3 weeks into the training, I lost 2" in my arms, which is my trouble area. He changes up the routine so you never get bored and your muscles never memorize the routine. JJ always challenges me and pushes me to improve. He goes above and beyond your typical trainer. JJ genuinely wants to help you meet your goal!
Brock is amazing. He was the most positive, encouraging and never pushed you too hard. I do group Bootcamp because it is cheaper but loved working with Brock.
We took a 2+ month long crossfit bootcamp with Brian in Houston. I just turned 50 this year so I was slightly apprehensive about the intensive workout. However, he "tailor-made" my segments to "push" me but not over-do it. He was very knowledgeable; motivating and patient! He also allowed it to be fun as well. Many times we laughed as hard as we worked out. I felt like it really reignited my love for working out and jump-started me back into an overall healthier lifestyle. I'm not going to be a body-builder or a marathon runner. I just wanted to tone up this 50 year old body and feel healthy. I'm well on my way; and although I'm not working out with him currently, I am working out regularly and feel like I have him to thank for it!

Chris is a phenomenal trainer and awesome person. I have been training with Chris for about three months now and never felt healthier or more confident. Chris works you hard and encourages clean eating. I lost weight, toned muscle, and am stronger than I can ever remember. Chris is truly invested in your personal success. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices will encourage you to stay on track. You set goals together and work hard to reach them. I have been working with Phil since the beginning of November. Since then, my energy level is up, I'm eating better, my clothes are fitting better, and I'm motivated. Lexx is a great trainer and motivator. No time is wasted during a workout. She has been instrumental in my recovery from rotator cuff surgery and her well thought out exercises have been key to bringing back mobility in my shoulder. During my recovery period, she even went as far as to research what would be beneficial exercises, post-surgery. She is the total package. From her before and after story to the exercises she puts you through during my session to her motivation toward healthy eating. Health and fitness are clearly her mission.
I have done personal and group training with Darlene Thurm for eight years. I have found Darlene to be professional and highly skilled. Darlene has many approaches to train the various muscle groups, and if there is something uncomfortable or not working with an exercise, she always has an alternative method to still achieve the goal. Darlene trains young and old and knows how to adjust workouts for different ages and skill levels. I highly recommend Darlene Thurm to help others achieve their fitness goals!
I started working with Phyllis 2 weeks before Christmas in 2014 and wanted to lose 15-30 pounds. I had tried working out on my own for 2 years off and on, but found it hard to lose weight once I hit 39/40 years old, although I was a vegetarian. I am happy to report that to date, I have lost at least 20 pounds and am well on my way to losing 10 more. I must say, I was mortified when she arrived clad with her camera at our first session, but I am happy when I look back at the transformation that is looking much better. Phyllis really helped me revitalize the way that I ate and provided customized menu options and checked in with me via text daily during the critical phases of my journey. She zeroed in on how to increase my protein intake and decrease my carb consumption. I have an extremely slow digestive system and I have found that working out with Phyllis greatly accelerates my digestion. Training with her at my house is ultra convenient and helps since I have a demanding career that involves travel. In terms of her body management/fitness coaching, it is phenomenal! She really studies my movements during the workout and corrects my form and pushes me appropriately to ascend to the next level. She uses creativity and innovation to come up with new workouts so I don't get bored. I absolutely hate using treadmills and gym equipment in general, but with Phyllis' help, I have been able to walk/jog rapidly on an incline of 10-15 (which would have never happened on my own)! Regardless of where we work out (home, neighborhood, gym, park, etc.), she finds a way to create an energizing workout that ends with a refreshing stretch/cool down. Phyllis is a Registered Nurse as well, so she is respectful of health challenges and finds ways to work around them and achieve the same results. She really is an amazing, professional, passionate fitness and nutrition coach that I would wholeheartedly recommend to others.

Chelsea holds a bootcamp located at the Iron Den on Thursday evenings and it is an awesome workout for one hour.
