- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I include travel in my pricing and try my best to stay competitive with my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a trial but it is not necessary so long as my client knows what direction they want to go in. If my client is not sure what they would like then a trial is ideal because I will spend the time to try different styles until my client is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Texas Licensed Cosmetologist. Hands on experience coupled with resources online, like You-tube, Instagram, make it easy to keep up with the times and find inspiration. I look for classes as well. A few of the classes I have taken where for blowouts, nail art, as well as up-do styling. Each have taught me some great tips. I also have many stylist friends that I get tips from which always help.
