- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My bar rates include gratuity. The last thing I want you to worry about is gratuity, especially if a venue or the occasion doesn’t call for it. My event planner rates are usually flat rates. & there is definitely a discount if you book me for numerous days (wedding weekends, family reunions), or send me referrals! I appreciate everyone who recommends me to others- & I definitely remember it when you book me again!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll usually reach out via the app & then send a text. I will mention my rates & my services included. If we are a good fit, I will move forward with sending a contract. Once the signed contract & deposit are received, I then lock you in my calendar. For my bar services, we then can begin any customer specific bar details- menus, cocktail creations, signage, quantity recommendations & everything I’ll need to give your guests the best experience possible! For my event planner services, I will usually then schedule a 1hr, face-to-face so we can go over every detail of your wants/musts for your day & I can get started on finding you options for every detail of your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years of event assisting & planning in environments where our client & guest experiences were the most important part of every event. Planning every detail of someone’s special day & executing their vision. I have 8 years of bartending in high-volume environments & 3 of those years dedicated to craft cocktails.
