My background is extensive in personal training one-on-one and group training. I am a boot camp class specialist, professional IFBB fitness figure athlete and trainer, Ace, NASM and IFPA pro trainer and nutrition certifications from the University of Oregon. I have been featured in magazines such as Muscle and Fitness, Maxim, M and F Hers, Oxygen, Flex, Ironman, Pump and MuscleMag. Also, as an international fitness spokesmodel for Muscle Tech Sports Supplements, I had the honor and opportunity to travel the world modeling, representing and speaking on health and fitness.   • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Have a conversation with your potential personal fitness trainer about you and your goals. Visit the training facility. Try them out. Go to a single session or a boot camp class. Be sure you match well with your trainer and that you feel they can motivate and encourage you along the way.
