Overall an outstanding experience!! Mr. Lenell was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and he had the parts with him in his truck to repair my AC right them. He did a thorough assessment of the AC unit and noted a minor item that at this time didn't need replacing. He also replaced the air filter for me, which I appreciated because my AC vent is in the ceiling and I have 14 ft ceilings that require getting on a large ladder. The price that he quoted was very reasonable. Overall, I will use Airforce One again for any HVAC issues and I will gladly refer them to my friends and family.

Lynell installed a 2 ton Mitsubishi mini split in my garage. He did the electrical with a surge protector as well. He was very professional and the unit works great. I ordered the unit myself off of hvacdirect. I forgot to order a line set cover, so he couldn't install it, but gave me tips on how to do it myself.

Lynell was the most professional and informative technician that I met for my mini split project. He did not attempt to sell me a unit like one company that came out to my home (Cool Guys Heating and A/C). He observed my situation and let me know the right way to do the install. He updated me on every step of the mini split install. He was on time and ensure that I knew what he was doing before it was done. He had all the parts needed to make the mini split operational. I am recommending him for all jobs. Lynell did attempt to upsell their work or coerce me to buy products that I did not need. Lynell is a top notch professional and my go to for all AC service in the future. Avoid all these other AC guys on Thumbtack. CALL LYNELL AND AIRFORCE ONE AC service!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For estimates on equipment replacement it's free. for estimates on repairs, the cost is $125 that fee can be applied to total invoice cost if repairs are performed by us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we arrive no work will be performed without a thorough explanation and being given the ok to proceed with work needed for the repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are licensed insured and bonded. We also have 45yrs of combined experience between our 2 employees
