Our AC went out yesterday evening and was over 80 degrees in our house. I submitted a couple requests on Thumbtack and Pete called me, texted me and messaged me immediately. Him and another man came out after they finished up the job they were at. By this point is was after 8pm and he told us what was wrong, gave us our options and pricing then allowed for us to discuss. Given we have two toddlers, we opted to have it taken care of last night so both had the warehouse opened up, got the part, came back and fixed it, finishing up by midnight. Super friendly, professional, honest - overall great experience and would highly recommend.

Thank you Pete and Theresa for responding fast after hours and providing an immediate solution when my AC stop blowing cold air and I my house was over 98F. As soon as Pete arrived he was able to address the issue and fix it. I will be using PT maintenance again.

The service is excellent! I booked the appointment at 1 AM and was able to get the tech to come at 8 AM, and the visit was under 15 mins to replace some parts to get the cold air flow back on. The price is very reasonable and comes with a year of warranty. Highly recommend.

My central AC unit was not working. I figured that either the starting capacitor or fan on top of the compressor is bad, since that AC unit was working just fine couple days ago. I check and found PT Maintenance LLC. I selected them and text some brief message around 9:30PM. Amazingly around 10:00PM somebody replied and come to fix the system next day. The mechanic first checked the starting capacitor, then decided it was the cooling fan bearing has issue. He carefully check the system after pre-install the new fan and then complete the fan installation. My AC system is American Standard and is 16 years old. It maybe able to last one or two more years. I would strongly recommend PT LLC to fix your AC system before a complete new AC system!
