- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meet and greet, is typically about 2 hour long. I evaluate the dog and discuss what the owner's goals are with their pet. From there we get into the 101s of dog psychology; how they communicate and more effective ways the owner can communicate with their dog. We set forth a plan, discuss what boundaries, limits, and rules need to be set for the dog, and I start to introduce different tacts and techniques that will help to resolve some of the issues the owner is having.
