Service was good, bartenders had all the supplies we needed and were attentive to instructions for specific drinks. Bartenders understood our need to do alcohol buyback at the end and were attentive to only opening what was needed. Only negative was late responsiveness to some pre-event requests. Company is very competitively priced and committed to each customer. Would hire again.
Leslie was a joy to work with. This was the first time I've had to set up an event with a catering service and she was a tremendous help in guiding me through the process. Simply amazing! Event: Guys Weekend/Football Tailgate. From the very start Karen, her sevice, her food, everything was incredible. She created the perfect menu for us and it was all completely delicious. The guys and myself can not say enough good things. Barbara has done a phenomenal job planning our sons 1st Birthday party. Her attention to detail and follow through was impeccable. She was very attentive in understanding our tastes, ideas and worked diligently to deliver. She made the planning process delightful. We would like to specially call out how she went above and beyond to arrange for piñata. We had no way to hang piñata and we really wanted one for the party. She figured out a creative way to get the piñata up while abiding by the rules of the event center. It was truly awesome! She and her crew created the wow-factor in our party. Jane made our wedding flawless. We had a very complicated venue and location and everything came together just perfectly with the help of Jane. There would be no way that we would have been able to pull off such a big wedding without her help. She worked tirelessly from Texas planning an event to be held in Georgia. Anyone looking in from the outside would surely think that she was a Georgia planner. I was attending a military school during majority of the planning process and Mrs. Jones ensured everything continued during my absence. Evelyn helped us plan and execute our wedding reception. She was amazing. She asked for our vision and then helped fill all the areas we needed. She was prepared, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and ready to take on anything that might have arisen day-of (you know how opinions and family can be at a wedding!). Her attention to detail was amazing and we felt so taken care of. She was 100% hands-on and took care of everything we needed before we even knew what we needed! She was respectful and always asked what we wanted so as not to jump to conclusions or deviate from our vision. I would recommend her services to anyone who wants help planning their event, but with a personal touch!
I was a very "hands off" bride as I was accepted into law school after my husband and I already set our wedding day. Emmetria connected us with a fabulous caterer (Queenie's Delectable Delights) and super awesome photographers (Mia & Taffy). I needed a wedding planner that could literally just tell me when to show up and what to do (especially after I learned that my midterms were scheduled to begin the Monday AFTER my wedding weekend). We had a fabulous wedding. I am still getting compliments from our guests on the fact that our ceremony and reception were so well coordinated. I went "bridezilla in reverse" because I was so apathetic about the details of my wedding the closer the date approached. I had to step away from 95% of the planning 60-days out from the date to prepare for my first semester of law school. I do not recommend starting law school and getting married at the same time; but, if you must, your wedding is safe with Emmetria. Also, we live in Houston and Emmetria lives in Austin. She drove to Houston for our initial consultation and after we hired her, I never felt like I was working with an out-of-town wedding planner. Ahh Emmetria, I know I gave her hell, but she was 100% professional from beginning to end. My husband and I had several "freak out" moments but Emmetria let our irrational moments of insanity slide right off her shoulders.
Veronica blew me away! I did hourly consultations with her for my wedding, and she brought my attention to details I had never even thought of. Veronica is an excellent communicator, and from the moment I started speaking with her my planning process became smoother. We discussed budget, vendors, layout, staffing, and décor. I was especially impressed with her vendor recommendations, which removed the stress of spending hours online reading reviews and looking through websites. Veronica is in contact at all times, and I was extremely impressed by her customer service and responsiveness. I initially thought I could pull off planning a wedding without any consultations, but I am so thankful I was convinced otherwise.
