I joined this gym and hired Heather aa my trainer on Monday Yall she is the most beautiful person inside and out. This gyms has a unique vibe. I am so impressed with the equipment, neatness and professionalism of the entire staff. Heather is supportive of my nutrition and health dreams but she also holds me accountable. Leslie is amazing. I've only been training with her for 2.5 weeks now and she has been so kind and thorough and awesome. I'm generally a little self conscious about working out but Leslie has made me feel very comfortable and has also educated me a ton me about a variety of different aspects of health and wellness. I've been seeing her twice a week and am hoping to continue as long as I can sustain it financially. Leslie is the best. Seriously.
Chef Bon has been coming to our house each week for the past three and a half months, and she has changed our lives! Not only is her food amazing, she has catered to our needs, and our health has improved greatly. After being diagnosed with diabetes, in a short three months, I have been able to lose 25 pounds, lower my blood sugar and cholesterol all by eating her yummy, healthy foods! She is very personable, reliable and really cares about us. I can't recommend her enough.
I have gone through 7 weeks of wellness coaching and its truly a life changing experience. We've dug dip into self care by discussing healthy food options, breathing techniques, affirmations and learning to be comfortable being uncomfortable. I've thoroughly enjoyed my growth and look forward to implementing more action items within my daily practice.

You get more than just a trainer with Heath; you get a life coach, someone who will give you all the tools to help you achieve your goals. He doesn't push you too hard, but hard enough to make you challenge yourself. He also has the knowledge and experience to help you work through injuries or problems spots. He truly cares about what he does and it shows in every training session. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve their overall health & fitness.
I wish I could give more than five stars. Richard is knowledgable, patient, and committed to improving your fitness and overall health. He can connect with as easily with beginners as with those who've had some prior experience with personal training or an athletic background - he's a good teacher as well as a personal trainer. Working with Richard, I've made the most - and fastest - progress with my fitness and weight-loss that I've ever made. He keeps sessions interesting (you're never bored) and tailored uniquely to your progress and fitness level. Definitely recommend.
I have struggled with diet and exercise most of my life. When I met David, he explained without judgment what I needed to change in my diet to help me achieve weight loss and overall good health. I am a 59 year old female and I know at my age using weights are a necessity for bone strength. David has trained me using weights with proper form and I feel incredible afterwards! Alice has helped me get started with Yoga after many years of unsuccessfully trying to do so myself. We have some specific injuries that we are addressing, but are also focussing on flexibility for future health benefits. It's amazing how far I have progressed with her help after just 4 sessions!

Working with Emily is eye-opening accountability with incredible results. She is incredible at tailoring her approach to each individual client. I have friends that use her coaching as well and I'm always shocked at how uniquely customized our plans are from each other. I have to watch my intake of certain foods to best manage my MS *and* I'm on a strict budget for groceries. Emily's an expert and she didn't blink an eye. She easily met my autoimmune needs AND kept me under budget. That's not something I would have been able to do on my own. As for our coaching interactions, she is a chameleon. There are times when I need the discipline of a Romanian gymnastics coach or the gentle shoulder of a friend. Emily easily transitions along the spectrum based on what I need at the time and simultaneously reminds me that at the end of the day, my health is my responsibility but she's here to coach, celebrate, and support me along the path.
Daniel is one of my favorite coaches I have worked with during my fitness journey. He helped me target my weaknesses and develop my strengths. I'm a better athlete because of the time I spent training with him.

I arrived early for a class the other night and Michael was the host. While we were waiting for students to arrive he told me about his frequency generating machine and offered to give me a mini- treatment. I was only on it for about 5 minutes, but it was amazing. I immediately felt a sense of relief, well-being and positivity. I felt very optimistic and physically well all day the next day. A chronic pain that I've had in in my right breast for years moved to a different spot. It was elongated and milder. The next day it went away. Since I have a lot of chronic health problems, and I believe there may be some spiritual/emotional roots, I made an appointment to go back. This morning I was on the machine for an hour. I wasn't worried about the possibility of detoxing too fast because my diet is clean and I do systemic cleansing regularly. So I invited him to crank it up as high as I could stand it. My eustacian tube (sp?) started itching like crazy while I was hooked up and I felt some drainage down the back of my throat. Later in the day I felt a something in my nose blocking my nostril. I am not sure what it was, but it kind of looked like a tiny little dried up red hookworm. Better out than in, I say. I will definitely be getting a series of treatments.

I started out as a scrawny, unhealthy girl entering college with no path. Working as an athletic trainer in college, I began to work out and fell in love with it. I promised myself that I would pass on my knowledge and love for it, and that's what I aim to do! I graduated with a degree in kinesiology and received my personal training certification shortly after through the National Academy of Sport Medicine. I work full-time as a chiropractic assistant but am excited to hit the ground running with my personal training business!
