Chantel with Black Cherry Limos rescued us from being stranded on a very important occasion. I had made the mistake of booking with another limo company 4 months in advance only to have them cancel my reservation the week of my best friend's bachelor party. Lucky for me Chantel took our reservation at the last moment and was a complete pleasure to work with. Very friendly and professional, Chantel is my hero. The limo was clean and requested beverages were provided. When we changed our destinations, she had no problem with adapting to the new agenda. If I rent another limo it will be with no one other than Chantel!

Black Cherry Limos is a first class operation. The professionalism and the very friendly service made for an eventful evening in the limo. The car arrived early, took our party on a memorable tour and got everyone to the dinner in plenty of time. Chantel was wonderful to work with as well. I highly recommend Black Cherry Limos to friends or anyone looking for great limo service.

I booked Black Cherry Limos for the first time for my wife's 30th birthday at the end of September. Our driver, Chantel, showed up on time (a few minutes early even), dressed professionally and ready to drive us around. She made 4 or more trips to and from my house for additional pickups and did it all with a smile. The limo was in great shape; lots of cool lights and a great sound system. All the guests were impressed and loved it. I will definitely use Black Cherry Limos again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a lot of questions. Be sure and totally understand the service you will be getting. Ask questions about the car and the driver. You are putting your safety in their hands. Make sure there are no hidden fees. Shop around and compare prices. Ask them to call you when they are on their way so you know and your not guessing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have a very big heart. My whole goal is to make everyone happy. I am in no way perfect. But i will go out of my way to try to make them happy. Everyone deserves happiness and i am there to be a part in their special occasions and do everything i can to make sure they have a very pleasant, and safe ride to and from their destination.
