What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as water damage & restoration goes, we follow the industry guidelines approved by all major insurance carries. Thus avoiding any possible conflicts. For tile and grout cleaning our rates start at .75 per. Sq ft
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we take the time to find out what our clients needs, concerns and exceptions are, then we present them with all the best options for successful outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Stone Care as well as continuing education courses in my fields of practice.
