I've never been a huge fan of working out, but when I started taking pilates with Drew, that completely changed. She creates a challenging, engaging, fun workout and guides / encourages you along the entire way. I started seeing definition in my core, legs, arms etc after only a couple workouts -- Drew knows how to make a session effective and really count.
Zoe is an incredible yoga instructor. I had tried yoga once before and wasn't a fan, however when Zoe started giving private yoga instructions at my place it was a world of difference! She's extremely attentive and great at instructing per position. I love how attentive she is to making sure I do the positions correctly. Also, since I've had injuries in the past, she's really great at recommending when I shouldn't do a position because it may affect my injuries. The vibe is very relaxed and calming altogether... I highly recommend Zoe to be your yoga instructor!

Annie has been training me with Pilates for several months now. She is extremely thorough and professional, and I am always impressed by her understanding of body mechanics. With her help, I've been able to take control of my back and shoulder pain as well as improve my posture, balance and strength. Her lessons extended past the reformer; she helped me fix things I was doing in my daily life that were making my problem worse. I recommend doing at least 2 sessions per week OR making sure that you do your homework!
She was an excellent yoga instructor, cannot recommend enough! I have some shoulder injuries due to a surgery I had earlier last year, and she did a great job of not only working around it, but making it feel a bit less stressed after our session! She does a great job of describing exactly what to do to get in and out of certain positions, which is usually hard in a private instead of a class. Lovely woman, can't wait to see her again.

I am currently doing personal training sessions with Sarah Simmons 3 days a week for 30 minutes each. I found her at a gym but have since gone into privates because of her abilities to push me even further when it is one on one. She knows my skills and my abilities and is able to reach every inch of muscle I never knew I had. She's that trainer that doesn't just stand there counting every rep.....she's doing it with you! I am so motivated by her "you can do anything for 30 seconds" attitude that even when I think I'm done....I'll push for more.
