FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different packages and incentives over time. The pricing I quote is not set in stone. It just depends on how much you're willing to commit to, where we train, and how long our sessions run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client for a free consultation first. I like to do a postural analysis, get a feel for whether we are a good fit, and do a strength assessment if there is time. Once a client signs up, our first few sessions are usually a combination of me teaching proper technique and body mechanics for the super newbies, or getting a feel for where each client is at and then building a program from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a 2 year mentorship with Train with Jake downtown. I taught boot camps as well as private clients during that time. I am ACSM certified as a Personal Trainer. I have a background in basketball, gymnastics, swimming, and several other sports. I have a BAAS degree. I am constantly continuing my education to give my clients the best results possible.
