I've worked out with the Fitness Professional since the start of the year and plan on using them in the future as well. I have worked out with personal trainers before, but my experience with Randy has definitely been more worthwhile. His approach is much more varied than trainers I've worked with previously, focusing more on overall health/fitness than just cranking on weights at the gym. Within a short period, I felt my energy levels increase significantly. It's also helped me develop a routine that is more flexible so I can still workout at home on my own time between sessions. It's helped get me in a routine where I feel the need to workout if I go too many days between, which is one of the hardest things about working out regularly. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone truly wanting to begin working out and develop a proper routine to reach their fitness goals whatever they may be.May 22, 2018
Been working with Randy for over 2 years now. He gets to know the individual and adjusts based on your needs. I had lost 25lbs and several inches when past injuries took over. After two surgeries we are back at it and he works around those injuries. I'm 55, have knee and cervical issues, and Randy is able to work around them. Even though I have only been working with Randy a few weeks so far, I am already seeing results. I am feeling much stronger and excited about my weight loss journey.
