Received a quote for $25 / week. When they showed up to mow they said the never quoted $25 a week and wanted to change the price.
Sparkle The Cleaning Service's reply
The customer is right.. we quoted $25-$35 per week depending on the size of the yard, after the initial mow, edge, and weed eat. Due to the size and condition of the yard the initial cut was going to be a little higher and the customer was told this. The customer stated we wrote $25 per week on a card an employee gave his wife and the customer stated he would send a picture of the written information on the card to verify the writing, but the customer never sent the picture of the handwritting on the card.
