I have had 7 sessions with Coach Percy Keith and am very satisfied. I have made tremendous progress in my strength and endurance. Coach Percy has been very respectful in pushing but not over pushing in assisting me in reaching my goals. I'm excited for the opportunity to continue with Coach Percy as my personal trainer. I have complete confidence that I'll continue to make progress in reaching my fitness goals with him. I would highly recommend him. He is very attentive and encouraging.

As an athlete I have worked with dozens of trainers and fitness coaches. Zach is easily of the best I have worked with. His knowledge and guidance not only propelled me towards my fitness goals, but he was able to actually fix a nagging shoulder injury that had been nagging me for the past 5 years that even my PT couldn't remedy. Incredible fitness knowledge aside, Zach is a friendly guy that is always professional and punctual.

She demonstrated the benefits of strength training in a way that changed my outlook on fitness. Under her training, I lost all my post-pregnancy flab, strengthened my knees and became toned and fit. She was thorough in her assessment of my goals (strength & toning), my medical history (weak knees), my schedule (full-time working mother of two), my current exercise habits, my diet (vegetarian) and eating habits, and all things affecting my workouts. She was flexible and accommodate of my work-home schedule. What makes her stand out from the rest of the personal trainers is her pleasant, unassuming personality and her sincere desire to help you achieve your goals. She excels in customizing the workouts for you and brings in a ton of variety (weights, bands, your own body weight, exercise ball, step,..)) to your workout routines. All these qualities makes her an exceptional personal trainer! I have been training with her for well over six years. She doesn't cease to amaze me. Recently, my teenage daughter, who plays basketball, started strength training with her!

I have had nothing but great experiences working with Kenneth and Pure Ambition. As someone who had not worked out regularly in years, Kenneth's style of training fit me perfectly. He presented exercises to help me reach my personal goals and even more. He always challenges you with things you may not think you can do, yet he will be there right beside you encouraging you to push through and even working out along side you. Kenneth is great with coming up with modified exercises to accommodate your level of fitness or other injuries and health issues. He will even assist you with a healthy meal regime. I would suggest him to anyone willing to do the work!

Before I met Chris I worked with several trainers over the years. When I started working with Chris I could tell right away that I found a very unique trainer. The fitness regimen with advice and planning on diet started to show results right away. He clearly has a solid understanding of how to intelligently structure workouts for specific goals - it is not in any way the standard one workout for all. He takes the time to track progress and use that data to further refine the workouts. His methodology has clearly worked - at 38 years old I am now in the best shape of my life.

Ralph gave me a lot of great tips while I was working with him to complete my personal trainer certification. We concentrated on workouts for older adults with health issues and he was very attentive to the clients, going slow and starting out with very manageable exercises. He was flexible, always on time, and friendly.

Richard is an excellent personal physical fitness trainer. I had a pulled muscle in my back and I needed to get into shape, so I could join my kids on our family ski vacation. I was telling this to a friend of mine (who I noticed was looking slimmer!) and she told me that she was working with Richard and gave me his info. When I first started with Richard, I could hardly do anything, but by the time I got to the slopes. I dominated! I had the best time! I totally believe that his attention to details, his personally designed work out for me, and his positive attitude, was the key to getting me back in shape and working out my back problems. I completely recommend Richard as a personal trainer.

I've been training with Dave for almost a year now and I've definitely seen the progress I was looking for. He will discuss your personal fitness goals with you so you will get the results you want. Plus, he's really good about watching your form and making sure you get the best out of your workout which is really important for preventing injuries and training effectively. Give this guy a few months and you're gonna need to go shopping for some new {smaller} clothes!

This is the first time I worked with a personal trainer. It was with a group which made it a lot less intimidating. Some of the other guys in the group would bring up issues or questions I hadn't thought about, but there was still a direct line to David Becker if I needed it. Speaking of David; it's obvious he cared about our success and education. He was very thorough with the information about diet, exercise, motivation, form and pushing the workouts without injuring yourself. He acknowledged every post in the group. My life, health, attitude and approach to fitness have changed almost beyond comprehension, all for the better of course. It may seem simple to most but I felt a little overwhelmed with all of the information out there about health and fitness. David broke it down into simple steps with easy instructions. It really was easy to stick to the plan, with all of the support. I am 47 and I wish I could have done this 10 years ago. I feel like I hit a reset button on my health and attitude. Strong start to a new beginning! Can't stop, won't stop, get it get it!!! Thank You to everyone who is responsible for making this possible. You are doing amazing things to peoples lives. I signed up for personal training at a gym in my building. I hadn't gone to a gym regularly in years, and have all sorts of issues with my shoulder (arthritis, rotator cuff, etc.). I was paired with Steve. He comes to me, so there are no excuses for me not to workoutc and he knows a ton about how the body works. He spent time listening to my goals and learning about my shoulder issues, and has helped me recognize how a lot of my natural movements are causing me pain. He's been manically focused on form, and as a result, I've been able to do a lot of exercises without pain that would have previously been excruciating. Because Steve comes to me (so I'm exercising regularly), and because I'm now doing movements the right way, I'm feeling much more fit and inspired to exercise even on days when I'm not scheduled to meet Steve. I feel better, and my wife is now complimenting me on my physique (which wasn't really happening before I started). Thank you Steve!

We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!
