The serviceman was punctual knowledgeable and responsive to my needs and questions. My refrigerator stopped cooling and i needed a repair. Initial repair job seemed like it was going good. Arrived on time, professional. Fridge never cooled after repair. When he came back out he found it to be leak in wall of refrigerator which is non repairable. He refunded my money.

Angel worked us into his Saturday schedule with only one day's notice and arrived on time to the minute. He spent more than an hour diagnosing a defective microwave oven microswitch that worked intermittently. He could have told us the control board was faulty, but he drilled down into the individual components, finally identifying and replacing the switch at a small fraction of the cost for an entire board. He wore shoe covers while in our house and also had a protective pad for our range top. Our total cost for his time, his expertise and the replacement part was $86. A bargain. As he was preparing to leave, I remembered our refrigerator ice maker was broken. He identified the likely cause in literally a matter of seconds and advised us he can get the replacement part on line for a fraction of the cost at a local repair parts store.
