- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that they will most definitely get their moneys worth. My prices are consistent and reasonable. They will be aware of pricing , extra fees , & discounts before service is provided to make sure there isn’t any confusion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first engage with the customer to find out what they have in mind & make it happen. I show my motivation & dedication through my job role, ensuring that the customers event is exactly what they’ve asked for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior restaurant work, TABC certificate.
