I contacted T. R Remodels about a bathroom renovation. They were prompt in their response, I received a detailed estimate to include cost and time frame for my project completion. I am very happy with the results, my bathroom is beautifull! I would gladly use them for any other home improvement projects. I would highly recommend T. R remodels to family and friends.Aug 8, 2017
Excellent workmanship and Mr. Rosas was very responsive to our questions about our project. Bathroom for our mother turned out great and he assured that all disability specifications were met and made recommendations to our project that turned out very well. Very happy with his work!Feb 27, 2020Verified

This is what I wrote to the vendor and it’s what happened. I had to terminate them after 4 weeks on a three week job. “Your crew utilized my personal tools without permission (vacuum, ladders) came late and left early. You littered every area you worked in, failed to cover my belongings, set up shop in my garage with no permission, parked in my yard, set up a paint wash station in my side yard AND turned my front yard into a junk yard. Your “helper” asked to borrow money on day one. I should have sent you all packing then. I tolerated all as long as I could but when you can’t even staff as you indicated (somebody’s sick, family activity, truck broken, it’s raining -but the work is inside) and we are in week 5 of a 3 to 4 week max project and you have broken more you have fixed I don’t know who you expect would continue down that path. You worked 4 1/2 weeks and finished NOTHING. Some days we couldn’t even figure out what you did. My toilet was standing in my shower for 4 weeks and I know what finishing a floor edge looks like. My floor needs a tile adhered and the grouting will need to be completed and then edged. The door on that bathroom opened and closed when you got here and doesn’t after you worked here. A decent contractor would not have rendered my working door useless. I have received zero value and have more work to do than I did before you arrived.” They left me with a big mess. I waaa paying progress weekly and expressed on week three that I felt the funding was a surpassing the accomplishment. I’m not saying don’t hire this person, just telling my experience. I’m disappointed and set back.Aug 16, 2018VerifiedT.R Bathroom Remodels's reply
This lady has no decency at all, she is giving excuses, I don't know why she doesn't show the pictures with the job done, she stop my work when I was close to complete the job, if I had finish the job she would pay me over $5000.00 She is lying and she know this, she is very smart, she complained about her yard, the last picture to the right the black dots close to the sofa is dog poop, we had to clean the poop to not step on it, she just paid me 3 weeks of work, now I have to pay for the material and I had to pay my workers from my own pocket, I don't know why she doesn't show the email I sent her when she refused to pay me at least to pay for the material and to pay my workers, I'm sorry I have to respond to her complain but this lady took away the pay of my helpers, she has another complaint from the prevoius crew, she said they broke the glass of the main door and she told me they nees to pay for a new door and she wanted me to do the job. I owe an apology to you all for responding to this lady but this lady has no heart if this is the way she makes her money is her, not me, every work I do for anybody I do my best to theis satisfaction if I see something is not right I do it again. This lady knows who's lying.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am not a big company, I don't charge my clients like big companies always do, I don't have a big crew, my helpers know their job and we always do the best for their benefit. My estimates are base on the size of the job but I guaranty that the homeowner will save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I ask about their project, what they have in mind and how can I help, after they explain everything I might suggest few ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been in this business for over 18 years and I have the experience for this type of work.
