I’ve been working out with Daniel for the last year or so, off and on. I love the gym and the family feel, everyone says hi and goes out of their way to give advice or answer questions. Daniel takes the time to listen to your goals, and works with you to find a workable/realistic plan, and then holds you accountable to that plan. Both Daniel and Michelle make themselves available in the gym AND at home by phone/text, and have become friends as well as my gym family/trainers. I was at my previous gym for years, but left after my goals shifted, and Metroflex is now my second home (my happy place). 🙂
I think Jason is the Best of all trainers. He takes his time and makes sure my form is done correctly. Jason is tough, but I am seeing the results that I want. He not only holds me accountable for my training, but he also teaches me about nutrition and diet. Jason is far from being boring every session is different. Training with Jason has been a great experience!

Probably the best trainer I have ever had. I tried a few trainers in the past and was always satisfied with what we did, but training with Jeff is as fun as it is hard. He always seems to know just how hard to push me and I love seeing what crazy stuff he comes up with next!
Derek's knowledge and enthusiasm is phenomenal. The type of personal training he provides is individual specific and right on. He does not offer the same exercises over and over and every session is different, which is refreshing! Every minute of the workout is fun, energizing and satisfying. Derek dedicates his all during workouts and outside of workouts. Not just a trainer, but a great motivator and caring person. He truely wants to see the BEST YOU!

Chris is an excellent personal trainer and motivator. He understands the importance of having basic fundamental strength before moving on to tackle his clients' general fitness goals. He is really good at pushing fitness limits just enough to see results without causing injuries. He focuses on and teaches good lifting techniques. Chris understands the athlete diet and is able to easily explain good eating habits as well. My personal goals were to get toned and burn fat, and he was able to help me do that without "bulking me up." I saw really great results, and it was a really good fitness and diet education for me. It was definitely a positive experience. I have worked with other personal trainers and Chris is one of the best educated trainers by far.
I first started training one on one with Shelby Jones, then had the privilege of training with Alexander Holguin before starting classes. All of the coaches are amazing, they really care about the members and their lives both in and outside the gym. Olympic weightlifting coach Corey Bigelow is fantastic and really helped me with my form after only a few one on ones. Kelly Castellano, Lisa Vasquez, Bryson Miller and Audrey Hernandez are amazing coaches and have taught me so very much! Nathaniel Tennison and Jennifer Pirtle are super awesome coaches and personal trainers!
Jerry was my personal fitness trainer for over 6 months. I was able to reach my goal of losing and toning. I saw my muscles become more defined which was so exciting. I began training with Natalya in feb 2015. Since then, I have lost over 20pounds of fat and gained lean musculars. I owe all of that to the dedication and persistence of my trainer. The results I’ve gotten from my trainer haven’t been all physical either. Mentally, I’ve never been in better shape. My self-confidence and my muscles has grown while my waist has shrunk. After I had my child, I read up on "eating clean" and working out to lose the baby weight I had put on. I did well, I started to notice a slight difference in my body. After a few months had passed I realized I was no longer seeing results or improvements. My husband suggested going to get help from a trainer, to help motivate me and to gather tips they may have. I hired Consi Garcia, I have completely lost all my baby weight and I am now bikini ready for the summer! I feel great, I look great, and I have energy to continue to workout and maintain my mommy duties and most importantly spend quality time with my daughter!
I started training with havoc training systems in January of this year. I began personal training under Jesse Martinez and he has helped me become leaner, stronger, and more confident in ways I didn't think were possible. I lost 30 lbs in about 3 months, while at the same time my bench, squat, deadlift, and OH press all skyrocketed up! I was always the fat kid growing up, very quiet shy and introverted. Training with jesse has helped come out of my shell and is exactly what I needed to take control of my life. I set goals for myself, and Jesses' constant support, encouragement, and belief in me helped me to realize that I can meet and exceed these goals and my own expectations for myself. Now I am looking forward to competing in a powerlifting competition in 2014, I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life.
