Brandon with Definitive HDR is absolutely THE best! We needed him to come rather quickly and take photos of our flip property to get it listed on the market ASAP. He was able to work around our busy schedule and made us feel like we were a priority. The photos came out absolutely stunning and made our house look beautiful. Beyond impressed. I set up a surprise family shoot for my mother, my sisters and her grandchildren whilst in Michigan. They responded quickly, were EXTREMELY helpful in providing ideas for the shoot in San Antonio Texas, worked out timelines and locations, and did it all very fast and with zero hang ups. All of which is wonderful, but if the photos don’t come out, all the pleasantries in the world won’t make up for bad photos. Like their customer service and professionalism, their photos absolutely did not disappoint!! Beyond impressed and beyond thankful that in the chaos of our world, we still have business owners that have pride in providing excellent, service, value AND PRODUCT!! Well done!!!!

I’d like to explain my experience with Andres Photography. I hired Andres to shoot a music video for me and to take some pictures. I was very excited to work with him however I was a little uncertain that he fully understood what I was asking him to do. Once I made my initial payment a full week went by with out any contact or follow up regarding our photo shoot. I spoke with Andres over the phone to truly give him my ideas for the photo shoot. He then called my ideas ghetto and cheap. He argued with me about him being the professional. Of course I hired him to assist with my vision but his lack of knowledge and research on my project. I requested my money back 5 full days before my shoot. Andres has not only manipulated PayPal and Thumbtack but I just want people to know in the future this man will up-sale you on your dream just like that scumbag uncle. He is claiming that he spent time on a TShirt design I was on the phone with him and within the 10 minute conversation he explained that his design was great and that if I didn’t use it he would just take my name off the shirt and sale them his self. It has been 1 full month since my cancellation and I have not received any type of refund not partial or anything. He said he would gladly return half of my money but still nothing. This experience has dampened my dreams. He keeps harassing me to reschedule my appointment but I wouldn’t l even know where to begin on being comfortable working with someone I wouldn’t trust. I wasn’t even able to leave my feed back on this platform without this trying to justify this bad business practices to the world. Please beware.
