We had Jeremiah and his team (Josh and Joe) come this morning (Monday, Aug. 17, 2015) to clean our A/C ducts and dryer vent. They took down all of our registers and cleaned them; they ran a circulating brush with a vac connected to it through every one of the ducts; they inspected the ducks in the attic and in doing so found a hole in one of the ducts which they repaired. They also ran a circulating brush up the dryer vent to the roof and then climbed upon the roof to inspect the vent cap to insure it was clean. After all of the ducts had been cleaned they fogged the ducts and then replaced all of the registers and vacuumed our carpets. They inspected and cleaned the a/c air intakes. I expected that we would have a house full of dust during the cleaning process. Much to my great surprise such was not the case. There was no dust. And I might add the fog they sprayed into the ducts has a very pleasant aroma. My wife who is super allergic to many things has had absolutely no problems since their work. I wish THUMBTACK had more than just 5 stars - if they did I would rate them even higher than a 5. They were professional in every aspect. We were extremely impressed with the efficiency of their work. The services that Alamo Steam Team provides is not cheap. However, I didn't mind a bit to pay our bill. We will be calling them back in the near future to clean our carpets. Nice work, guys - thank you very much!!!

Our straight-forward, standardized price lists means that you can trust the price you are given - and not have to worry about "bait and switch" tactics or aggressive up-selling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that clear and honest communication is key throughout the whole process. When our marked van and clean, uniformed technicians arrive at your home, they will conduct a thorough pre-inspection prior to cleaning to identify any areas you are especially concerned about and set your expectations regarding anticipated cleaning results. All pricing is discussed prior to any work being done, and you don't have to worry about any "mystery charges" appearing on your bill.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are nationally certified by the IICRC in carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning and HVAC mold remediation, natural stone restoration and carpet repair.
