- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our straight-forward, standardized price lists means that you can trust the price you are given - and not have to worry about "bait and switch" tactics or aggressive up-selling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that clear and honest communication is key throughout the whole process. When our marked van and clean, uniformed technicians arrive at your home, they will conduct a thorough pre-inspection prior to cleaning to identify any areas you are especially concerned about and set your expectations regarding anticipated cleaning results. All pricing is discussed prior to any work being done, and you don't have to worry about any "mystery charges" appearing on your bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are nationally certified by the IICRC in carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning and HVAC mold remediation, natural stone restoration and carpet repair.
