I called on Tuesday afternoon for a rug cleaning and John was in our house by Wednesday afternoon! Our white shaggy Woo cleaning services took a beating from our dog and in the end, turned gray. Pretty gross. But John was able to get it back to almost 100% (we let the dirt sit in for 2 years so I wasn't expecting a miracle). He was a bit late but he called in advance to give me a heads up and did come on the time he said he would. Very reasonably priced for a Woo cleaning services cleaning. Thumbs up for John!
