Luiz was amazing. He fixed an issue with my email. He had flexible hours, was on time, and was very patient with my lack of computer knowledge. He quickly was able to fix my problem and was very professional. He made sure everything was working correctly before he signed off. I would definitely use his computer services again. Thumbtack is lucky to have him.

Luiz was so good! He took me through many different windows on my computer and tried lots of different things. Very patient because I am not a computer whiz but he was always friendly and upbeat about my non-expertise. I sent him pictures of what was going on on the computer screen and he would tell me what to do next. Unfortunately it came down to the fact that I needed to call someone local because everything needed to be backed up. I need a new computer. He told me that he would even talk to Best Buy or another computer tech to tell him what he had already done. And since he could not fix my problem he did not charge me anything, even though he spent several hours trying! He was great! I would definitely recommend him.
