My Sony Windows 10 laptop would not boot up on startup and I kept getting a "operating system not found" message. I called Rafael since he did an outstanding repair job on a Windows 7 older Dell laptop I had. (see below 2015 review) He was able to correctly diagnose the issue and reinstall the operating system and recover my data which had all been lost. He was also able to install some very good and free malware and antivirus programs. Highly recommend Rafael. In 2015 Rafael fixed a windows 7 problem on a laptop that prevented the computer from starting up. He was very helpful in explaining what the issue was and repaired the laptop in top notch fashion as well as helping to give it a needed tuneup to have it working better then before the problem arose

Rafael came to my house to repair a complicated Netflix streaming issue. While there he scanned my desk and lap-top computers and pulled many viruses, malware off of the computers, and put a programs in place to prevent infection by the viruses, and malware. Raphael is a very competent, knowledgeable, kind and Christian individual. I would recommend his services to anyone, and have kept his phone number for future repairs. Five stars for Rafael!

I work on my laptop every day all day if it's not running I don't make money. I needed someone fast and creditable to come into my home and still feel safe. And that's what he did. He was on time very professional professional and made you feel like you were old friends. He fixed everything and made my laptop act like it was new again. Very reasonable pricing and would definitely recommend him to anyone. And he's got a permanent spot for my new go to tech.

Raphael knows his stuff! He is thorough and goes right to the problem. In my case I had over 1000 viruses and my computer had a FAKE Chrome icon on my screen. I could no longer access my email so basically it was a huge mess. Well, NO MORE! Thank you Raphael!

  I have a standard pricing page on my website. My prices on Thumbtack are exclusive & much lower than my standard pricing system.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Introducing myself as a professional is #1. Then I want to know exactly what the problem is so I can start to troubleshoot. Explain what steps I will take & show results to the customer as I'm doing the repair.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have 14 hrs in CNS (Computer Network Systems) at ITT-Tech in San Antonio, Tx.
