I am willing to be flexible on cost depending on client's time and distance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have danced since age 3, attended school of american ballet age 15, royal ballet school for 3 years before being hired to dance with the Stuttgart ballet in Germany. I became a certified stott pilates instructor and have been teaching modified barre class, pilates and ballet for the past 5 years. I have always been interested in nutrition and eat a paleo/autoimmune paleo diet for 80% of the time..
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach a 55 minute class geared to the client's needs. Energetic music or soothing music for stretching. I most enjoy working with women to help them reach their personal goals.
