Kim did such a phenomenal job on my fix and flip property that I almost cried when I walked into the house.
I was so pleased, I hired her to decorate the first floor of my home. She was so professional, conscientious of my budget and short deadline. I intend to use her for my B&Bs and other rental properties.

Kim staged a house for me a couple weeks before Christmas and it looked AMAZING! I appreciated that she had good communication, kept to the schedule we agreed to, and again, the staging made the house feel like a home.

We had the absolute best experience with Kim Grelle-Swint at Ovation Staging and Design!!! We were splitting a room in two to make room for a new addition and needed help furnishing and decorating a room for a very special 8 year old little boy. She was very attentive to our requests - what he liked and didn't like as well as what my husband and I did and did not want. She shopped for furniture - found fantastic deals. She found an awesome bed that was on sale because one of the drawers was a little off and she got it and fixed it up so it was as good as new. She also came and picked up a large bookcase we had and painted it some great colors to really finish out the design of the room. There were so many personalized accents in the room that truly made it a special place (the whole family likes to play and read in his room sometimes!)!! Her initial estimate on the cost of the design was very accurate and her accounting of expenses was clear and complete. She truly cared and clearly motivated by the joy it would bring to our son and our family. Such a delight. I have no hesitation giving her a call in the future and recommending her to others.
