Introduction: Champion K9 Companions is dedicated to helping dogs and their people develop effective communication and mutual understanding. Excellent obedience is a given result of training with us, but you will be amazed at the new strength of your relationship with your pup after just a few training sessions! Dog training has always been my passion and since starting this business I have never loved what I do more! Being able to show people how much potential their dogs have and how to communicate with them in a positive, clear manner brings me such joy. Not to mention the huge smiles that my clients give me when their dog masters a new behavior! There is no job, and no career, that is more rewarding.

Aubrey is a very patient trainer and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. My dog is learning to work through her timidness/anxieties and is having a good time doing so. She wasn't as receptive to training in the past so I'm very happy with the results so far.

Aubrey is incredibly professional and very knowledgeable with her training. Since our first interactions, she has been wonderful. She works well with our stubborn pups, which we thought might be difficult at first as we had just added another dog to our family. I look forward to several more training sessions with her and would recommend 10/10.

Champion K9 Companions did a great job with the dog training! We have 2 dogs and we thought we knew them well but didn't know how to train them, turns out our perception of our dogs behavior was greatly improved after Champion K9 began working with us. We wish we would have hired them as soon as we got our last "rescue" type dog, but hey...glad we found them. I highly recommend Champion K9. They truly care, and are highly trained, professional, and courteous. We would have been happy for them to help us in our lives, but they said they only train dogs (LOL). Thank you Champion K9, you took what we thought to be an unsourmountable task and make it educational and approachable and most importantly FUN!

This dog trainer helped me keep the lab I rescued! My doberman hated her, but Aubrey helped him to stop being aggressive towords her. I really didn't know if I was going to be able to keep her! But now they are the best of friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few options for you to choose from when it comes to packages and pricing! If you want to pay from session to session that is completely fine; each session is valued at $95 (and each session is one hour long). Also, you could opt for the three session package valued at $265 or the six session package for $499. I typically recommend that we space out our training sessions so that we meet once a week. That way you have a chance to develop a list of things I can help you with along the way. It's completely up to you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with an in-home consultation. Firstly, the consultation is completely free! I'll meet you at your home, where I can meet you and your pup and we can discuss your training goals. Then if you choose to stay with me as your trainer I will create a program specifically tailored to fit you and your pups needs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained and certified through the Starmark Animal Behavioral Center in Austin Tx as a Professional Dog Trainer and Behavior Specialist. The program they offer is a very intensive five days a week, 8 hours a day training experience! I opted for their specialist program so I was with them for three full months, living on their campus and learning everything about the canine industry.
