I would recommend this place to everyone. Wether you are in shape, out of shape, or just looking to improve upon yourself. Patty had me come in for a free evaluation and asked what my goals were. She set me up with a meal plan to help reach those goals and recommend I come try out a few of her fitness classes. I just wish I was able to go back, but the military moved me to VA.

I have been working with Tommy for a little over a year, 10 months in person and 4 months using his online platform. I loved working with him in person because not only did I see results in how much I could lift be he also educated me as to why we were doing specific exercises and what they were for. Because he took the time to explain everything while we were working out I am succeeding using is online platform as well. I know exactly what muscles are working so I understand how my form should be and I'm seeing results on my own. On days when I don't have a workout scheduled, because of the knowledge I've gained from beast fitness, I can creat my own workout targeting my weaknesses. If you are in the market for a personal trainer I would definitely recommend beast fitness because not only will you get results but you'll gain knowledge that will stay with you long after you start training on your own.

I have trained with Vicky with the last 1 1/2 years & have been very pleased with my results. I now fit into jeans I haven't worn in years! I feel stronger & my muscle tone has improved. There have been times when I have felt discouraged during my journey at weight loss, but she always encourages me not to give up & even runs alongside me to keep me motivated! Now that's what I call dedication to her clients! Vicky will tailor your workout according to your physical abilities, & will increase the complexity over time. She has always challenged me with a wide variety of exercises to focus on all my troubled areas. She is also a licensed nutritionist, so she always keeps track of my diet, & sends me ideas for nutritious meals. Honestly, had it not been for her help, I probably would have given up on my goal a long time ago. Understand that you will have to work hard though, because she will kick your butt! Lol! However, you will thank her as I do when you start to see your results! I highly recommend training with Victoria!!
Devon works hard to build unique, personalized, and HARD workouts for you to reach your fitness goals. He's been training me for over 3 months and I've already gained major muscle mass, lowered by body fat percentage and feel better about myself. Devon is personable and fun, too so the workouts are never boring. Awesome trainer!

After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. A friend recommended Donna Gordon, owner of Survival of the Fittest Personal Training. Coach Donna and I clicked from day one. During our 5 am sessions, she was prompt, cheerful and always motivated me to reach my goals. Coach Donna helped me recognize poor eating habits that were sabotaging my results. Overall, this was an excellent experience and Coach Donna is an awesome trainer that will get you the results if you put in the work.

I hired them to develop a routine for our girls who wanted to perform at their school's talent show. In one week, they were able to train a bunch of 7 year old girls an awesome routine. they were awesome! the girls really enjoyed the practices and the dancing.

He has all the qualities needed for a successful personal trainer: he is personable, knowledgeable, experienced and knows how to motivate you to do your best and go beyond your comfort level to achieve your goals.
