- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on how many days a week a client wants to train,types of training,and fitness goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is we warm up for 5 to 10 minutes with cardio,stretch,core training and then whatever body part is scheduled for that day we begin. Its normally 3 sets of ten reps with each movement.After we complete the days Work out we do a 3minute cool down and light stretch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Its part of a requirement to remain certified that we do continuing education units yearly so we do yearly training . lm certified with the NFPT as a personal trainer, I graduated from Ashworth college as a fitness specialist, I'm Aed and Cpr certified too.
