Edward is everything you could ask for our of a personal trainer. He is enthusiastic and hands on and try to get the most out of every session you have with him. He is very attentive, good listener and a great motivator, so he knows when you're spent and he knows when you need to be pushed a little harder. Ed is knowledgeable of the exercises and can tell you why you're doing them and how it will help you, and he'll never have you do anything that he doesn't believe you can do or he can't do himself. I didn't have the chance to finish all of the sessions that I had Edward, but I feel like I still got all of my money's worth. Ed does his best to help you get where you want to go with your fitness and I would recommend him to anyone who really wants to better themselves.

Edward trained me for about two months. My goal was to build muscle mass and he helped me create a routine that would accomplish that goal. My goal was accomplished! He is very knowledgable about the science involved in muscle growth. Edward truly cares about his clients and he checked up on my progress frequently. I would recommend his services anytime!

Edward really knows what he is doing! Being certified is one thing but actually being able to take that knowledge and apply it in a variety of situations is what makes him stand out! I highly recommend him as a personal trainer
