I just purchased my house and it came with carpet in the living room, dining room and master bedroom. I contacted a few floor installation business's for a quote/measurement appointment. River City Floor responded quickly to my phone call and appointment request. Kyle was prompt (early) for the measurement appointment. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He was not pushy but very informative about the installation process and the product.
The whole installation took two days for approximately 560 sq ft of floor. This was quicker than I expected. They installed the stranded bamboo.
The whole process was extremely smooth. They gave the option for me to go to the flooring store and purchase all the supplies (bamboo, adhesive, T-molding etc.) and they would pick it up from the store and deliver to my house for installation. They would only have to bill me only for the installation.
They also gave the option of them purchasing everything and just charging everything to one bill (installation and supplies).
I chose to purchase my supplies and Kyle picked them up and delivered them to my house the day before installation.
The installation personnel arrived on time and worked well together. They were very professional and always kept me informed through the whole process ensuring they asked me any questions about the installation if necessary.
Kyle also called me several times on both days to check in on the job and making sure all my questions/request were being addressed.
When the job was done they cleaned up after themselves and helped me move my furniture.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. Everyone was truly very professional, knowledgeable and had great attitudes.
I definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering redoing their floors. They also sell products too.

I was referred to Kyle by a friend. The floors in her house we're absolutely gorgeous. Kyle came out to our house and gave us an unbeatable price. The crew that came out to install the floors showed up on time and finished earlier than expected. I also loved that they left everything so clean. I would use them again and have already told several of my friends about him.

River City Flooring handled the installation of our new hardwood flooring from end to end, including the removal of tile in our kitchen and living room area.
The initial meeting was very helpful as we needed advice on what sort of wood to use, how to arrange and what color. The insights were spot on and the quote came in lower than we expected.
The job was completed on time and without fuss. The work crew were polite and accommodating.
The tidy up crew did a great job and we had our house back in two days. I would
