Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I don't pick and choose what a client gets to know about the house they are considering...I show them all the findings. While it may take longer to prepare, I include LOTS of pictures in my reports. This makes it easy for all parties involved in the transaction to see exactly what the concern is. There is no need to sort through irrelevant check boxes and non-applicable comments. I provide my client with a report that ensures everyone is seeing the same thing and not guessing what needs to be addressed. I have no interest in the sale of the house I am inspecting. My only interest is providing my client all the information about the house so they can make an informed buying decision. I enjoy meeting all my clients and sharing their excitement about finding the right house. When you enjoy your work it shows. I am proud to be the ********Best of Thumbtack 2015 & 2016.*******

HE DESERVES MORE THAN 5-STARS!!! He saved me money on costly repairs BEFORE I bought the house!!! I am NOT Surprised Joe has all 5-star ratings. Believe me, they are well deserved. Not only is a he courteous, thorough, knowledgeable inspector, but is a true professional that will explain his findings to you in terms you can understand. If you have him do your pre-purchase inspection, he will ensure the builder has the property up to code and aesthetically pleasing to you. Don't just take the builder's word for it. Honestly, it's like having an lawyer that speaks construction terms. Trust me he is worth every penny and then some... I will definitely be using his expertise in the future.

I was looking for a home inspector, late Tuesday evening, and I found Joe on Thumbtack. Based on his reviews I sent him an inquiry and he responded immediately. I was able to set up an inspection the very next day at 3pm. Joe showed up 30 minutes early and started on the roof and exterior of the house. By the time I arrived he was ready to provide me with plenty of information. Joe was very professional, patient and most of all thorough. In his bio he stated he pays attention to detail and does he ever. It took him approximately 4 hours to inspect the entire house, the large covered patio, and the detached garage and small house in the backyard. This is exactly the type of Inspector I hoped for and expected. Someone who took their time and went through the entire property inch by inch. Any question or concern I had he was able to provide an answer as well as a recommendation for fixing it. He emailed his report, complete with explanations, photos and arrows, the first thing the next morning which was very easy to follow and understand. I have no construction background so I have to rely on a professional and Joe certainly is that. He gave me piece of mind in this house and told me to contact him at any time with any further questions or concerns. Based on his professionalism, demeanor and personality I believe Joe is a man of his word I will not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to any friends of family needing a home inspector. Thanks again, Joe.

I complete at least 16hrs of formal continuing education every year and attend numerous trade seminars. I am a Certified Pool Operator, Certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute, Certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone that encourages you to be at the inspection...you shouldn't have to ask. If you are just looking to find out the headlines of a house, I am probably not your Inspector, if you want to know the whole story...then I AM YOUR Inspector.
