- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not expensive at all but at the same time we don't cut corners. You will find out that cleaning franchises are going to be 25 percent higher due to the fact they have to pay royalty's to a parent company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On new customers we build a profile because every customer is different. We always send a field Manager on the first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry a bachelor's in Public Administration but it is the twenty years of being hands on and studying different cleaning products.
