- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based upon what type of case we are handling for our clients. Please feel free to contact us so that we can arrange an appointment, discuss your case, and decide between us what pricing structure works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year, our attorneys attend Continuing Legal Education, in excess of the amount required by the State Bar of Texas. David McLane is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I liked helping people. I have always worked in professions involving serving others. Prior to practicing law, I was a medical technologist in both the United States Air Force and the private sector. I enjoyed helping people and helping make them well. My medical background still serves me well in my law practice, and now I cure social ills instead of physical ailments.
