Introduction: Hi there! I’ve been working in professional organizations and helping to improve culture, employee engagement, and the consumer experience for 13 years. I’m a single mom to 2 amazing humans and 2 spoiled dogs. I’m currently working on my Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. I’m based out of San Antonio but thanks to technology I can coach remotely from anywhere! I have been a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach since 2014. I can assess people's natural talents and transform those talents into strengths to help them have fulfilling, purposeful lives. I guide people in finding their own answers by giving them the freedom to express themselves and work through their problems in a caring, judgment-free emotional space. ✨Career Coaching: I would love to work with you on finding a career that is fulfilling and engaging. I’ll send you a code to take the Gallup Strengths Finder assessment. This will take about 40 minutes to complete. Once we have the results, I’ll take time to review them. We can then set up a remote or in person session in which we will discuss your results and what they mean. By truly understanding your strengths and what makes you unique and valuable, you can see what type of career will be most fulfilling to you. It can be very revealing, insightful, and uplifting. From there, we will create an action plan and discuss your career path. I’ve found that knowing your strengths gives you a whole new vocabulary to use on your resume. Typically we will have 2 more sessions that last 60 minutes and will include working on your resume and interview skills and discussing ways to transform your talents into strengths. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 30-45 minute remote or in person consultation in order for us to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. From there I will create a proposal detailing service, duration, and pricing. I take time to get to know my clients and customize a coaching packing that meets their needs based on their goals and timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my B.A. in Psychology from Texas Tech University. I’m currently studying Organizational Development and Leadership through Fielding Graduate University and I’ll have my master’s degree in 2022. I’ve been a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach since 2014. I have 13 years of professional experience. My favorite career pastimes have been helping others achieve their professional goals and get excited about their careers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with executives, high performers wanting to move up the ladder, informal leaders, business owners, clients searching for a fulfilling career, etc. I’m comfortable working with anyone. I’m highly empathetic and can easily relate to all situations and help my clients to arrive at solutions that will help them in their personal and professional lives.
