FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing chart averaging the time and materials Sometimes they might change a little depending on the details of the job. We like give the best prices possible to everyone to keep the great relationships we've already established and develope many more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The easiest way to make an appointment is to call the office and we can figure out a good time that works best with your schedule. We give free estimates for new installations that are good for 30 days and typically we can do the job in the same appointment. We give small two hour windows for the technician to arrive and give you a courtesy call when we are on the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career wiring new homes in 2001 and have wired over 1,000 new homes in and around San Antonio. I got into remodels for a few years rewiring older homes and also have a couple years experience in commercial jobs. I have over 20,000 hard working hours in the electrical trade and a masters license to prove it. I'm a young master electrician at 32 years old but its not about how long you've been in the trade but how much you really put into it.
